My ADD is also making it so much harder to focus. Lately I’ve been attacked with all the painful memories of my ex and I don’t know why. I pray for peace in my mind and the ability to focus and not carry the weight of other people’s sins on my back. Let those wounds heal and set me free. Help my new counselor help me.
