I don’t know, but He does. Today was a hard day. It’s my first day to just rest and the depression caught up to me and made me cry. It still hurts what has happened to me. When I run, it doesn’t catch me, but when I slow down, it’s there nipping at my heels. I don’t want to have to always run. I pray for a day when I can be still and comforted. When I don’t have to fill my mind with distractions to stay at peace. But I’m so much farther than where I was, and for that I am grateful and proud. I’ve come a long way. Thank You, Lord!

Prayers for John who has interior shingles inside his head. The pain is excruciating. It was misdiagnosed twice, and he is on the maximum amount of some very strong medications. It is hard for him to talk and to swallow.
