And there’s some genetic reason it can be. They are testing my genes to see if it’s that first. I have a follow up in January to find out if it’s that. I pray whatever this is goes away and I don’t have to get on thinners or have sleep apnea. I am praying for healing and no issues. My appetite has been so low for the last 6 months or so I’ve lost 13 pounds without trying. And my thyroid was off in October when I checked. I need my body to cooperate.

Today my exes sister reached out and it helped me to feel a little closure to send blessings to him, her, and their family. It made me feel good to let that be a final thing said instead of how painfully it ended between my ex and me. I had written a note to him last night in a notebook he left at my house, that I don’t know if he will ever come for the rest of his stuff or not. But I sent him a lot of blessings and thanked him for our good moments. That helped too.
