Are they all up?” Of course I do and we all have down days. David says in Psalm 34:19 “Many are the troubles of the righteous…” Sometimes our “down days” are longer than a day. I try to discipline myself to use these down and discouraging times to deepen my walk with God and deepen my faith in Him. It is not always easy. We wish God would remove the “valley of the shadow of death”, but He didn’t say that He would. He just said that He would walk with us through it. Notice though, David called it a “SHADOW.” It is not the real thing.
