Looking back, my biggest mistake was that I did not approach this attempt with a prayer like the first time. This 2nd town house was sold 5 years ago. I hope you can pray on my behalf that this second more modest townhouse would be made available for sale to me for no more than $450K and that I would simultaneously be able to sell my apartment condo for no less than $400K.
