You need to listen to the book of Proverbs every day. I have done that, and it has made me wise. You can also look up some Bible verses about fear, if you are struggling with that. Youtube has lots of playlists that deal with anxiety, stress, and depression. But seriously, begin listening to Proverbs. That is the best thing you could do to be wise. There are 31 days in a month, and 31 chapters in the book of Proverbs. Read or listen to one chapter every day. That is what some people do.
