I am praying for you to love, care about, support, listen to, and be a loved one that gets this lived one to help-- a Dr. is needed for possible medicine, a therapist needed to listen and point out helpful ways, and your loved one needs to know-- that talking self- harm isn't going to help them. The more important step is if they actually harm themselves-- get immediate emergency help. We can ask our Lord to help calm the lived one, to help them realize the need for help dealing with his emotions, his feelings, and to know they are loved and cared about. I pray this person has accepted Jesus as their savior, and that they need help with these issues.
