You need to do a Bible study about the blood of Christ and its redemptive, healing, liberating power. When you understand that you have been bought and paid for by the blood of Christ Jesus, you will with all authority be able to command any power and/or principalities to be gone in His name and by His blood because you're a new creation. Is Jesus the lord of your life? Have you asked Him to forgive your sins? Pray for the people in the occult who are pestering you. Ask Jesus what you should say to them. He will give you wisdom and counsel that will totally derail their will to do harm to you. The key is Jesus, His blood, His redemption, His righteousness, and knowing that He has bought and paid for you, and no spirit has the right to trespass or torment the child or property of the living God. The more you stand, the faster they will run. Jesus is the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings, and He is coming to reveal His power on earth and in heaven. Fear not, trust Him because he is worthy! You have all the authority to put this beneath your feet because Christ rose on the the third day and is seated at the right hand of the Father right now.
Sarah, can you find someone who used to be in the occult that has converted to Christianity? Maybe they would know how to help you. Even if you can't find someone, call a TV or radio program like Focus on the Family or the 700 club. I know they have done some programs on witchcraft and interviewed people who used to be part of it that have since come out and converted to Christianity.
