Skillet, I am praying for you
Dear René and Yvonne, I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my condolences. Here's my prayer - Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I lift up René to you for sustained strength because his precious son passed away. Please touch René's heart so that he knows you are with him. He can meditate on Psalm 34:18 - "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” May René know that you will never leave or forsake him (Deuteronomy 31:8). I pray that he will receive abundant support from family, friends, loved ones, neighbors, and the Christian community during this difficult time. Please let René talk to a pastor at a Bible-teaching church for spiritual support. In Jesus's name, I pray. Amen.
