Dear Jacqueline, my heart goes out to you right now- as do my prayers. While praying for you, I was led to read Hebrews Chapter 11. The whole chapter is filled with story after story of men & women who were able to persevere harrowing odds- and just like you. I'm guessing that they too wrestled with moments of being filled with doubt and anxiety. I am praying for you. You are not alone.
