BethLauren, I am praying for you. Lord, I know You have a plan for BethLauren’s son, but I also know that we suffer sometimes for many years waiting for Your plans to begin. Lord, please give mercy to their family. We ask for Your action, but we also know that sometimes it’s not time yet and in those moments we pray for Your mercy, strength, love, hope, endurance, wisdom, courage, and everything we need to weather our storms with You. We ask for instant fixing of situations because we know it would make everything better on all sides, we are asking for good and worthy things, Lord. But we know that sometimes You want us in the fire and You promise to walk with us in it. We know we won’t be burned, but Lord, it does hurt. We know You teach and grow us closer to You in these times, but they hurt a lot. We know we can trust You and that You have good for us, but it’s so painful to wait and suffer. Lord, we can’t understand Your ways, but they are good. Lord, I have seen BethLauren and her family suffering for a long time in these struggles. Lord, I see many people here the same, and myself in included. But I know who You are and I now see better how You work. I see that we must go through tests as Jesus did. We must suffer as Jesus did. Our faith only protects us in that we know we are never alone and that we have a hope for this life but we are guaranteed the perfection of the next. We know we are never alone in anything. And we know to always thank You and continue to ask You because You tell us to. Lord, have mercy in BethLauren’s family. They are hurting and they are leaning into You as our Father for help. Lord, hear their prayers and be with them until it’s time for Your action. Hold them close and love them through these trials. Hug them and provide for them. Give them manna in their wilderness. Lord, we need You!!! Amen!
