BethLauren, I am praying for you. Lord Jesus, you know all the details of this petition. Our hearts break for the parents and the son who is suffering. Lord Jesus, please provide guidance and wisdom to the parents and may they know you, Lord Jesus, as redeemer and Lord of their lives. May they know themselves as you know them, completely transparent in the light of the Holy Spirit, to bless them in their union with you as believers. May they be open and upright and a good example for their son. And may the son see his parents as honest, genuinely in love with the Lord Jesus, in His majestic authority over this household, bringing them to perfection in Christ as His spotless bride. May the son be overwhelmed with a vision of your glorious victory over sin, death and the devil, and may he be transformed for your glory, by speaking the Word of God. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. Amen.
