DeeDee5257, I am praying for you Such a difficult situation you are facing. I know there are laws that do not allow bullying or shaming in the workplace. I would talk to your manager again and calmly tell him that the bullying has not stopped and has gotten worse. It is hard on you and ask him if you should take it to a higher manager? Do not threaten. be civil, be calm. Perhaps make a record of what and when before you go into the office. That will give you credibility. When you can show examples it will help you not to fumble for words and tell him exactly what was done/said and when. Also calmly tell him that you enjoy your work and want to do your best. Remind him that there are laws that do not allow bullying in the workplace. Your working conditions sound awful and I know the Lord wants you working and if not enjoying your job, at least make it rewarding Your co-workers, do they not see the problem, or do they turn a blind eye because they are afraid it could be them.? God says talk to this person, ask what you can do to help the situation, and then forgive them all. I know that sounds strange, but you are carrying a heavy burden and the only way out of this is forgiveness. Forgive this bully, forgive the fellow co-workers, and then forgive yourself even though you may have done nothing wrong. Now, we're giving this all to God, he loves you unconditionally and will do what is best for you. If a new job is the answer, he will make that happen too. Trust, trust. There is a God's way through this. Do not give up. God works in his time, but he has given these words to say to you. Think, be calm, no loud voices no threatening comments. Threats never get anywhere you want them to go. I'm praying for you and I am trusting God has a plan for you. He created you with a plan of life for you, so trust and watch what happens. In Jesus name Amen
