Amarillo, I hold you and Steve up for health and taking care of your diets and exercise to feel good and whole again. The Lord will help you when you ask him to show you what you two need to do to start on this path of wellness. Listen, it might be a small voice in your head, it might be an article in a magazine, or it might be a topic on television, but God answers in different way, he just asks that we trust and listen. I also hold up Ric. Depression is an ugly emotion and the person is angry with themselves and strikes out at others. I ask again that you give Ric over to God and ask him to show you all the way to get help for Ric. Listen for that small voice of the Holy Spirit that talks to us so quietly that we can ignore it, or pay attention and that voice will solve problems. Nothing happens overnight, or not usually, but trust ans ask and trust and believe. God is with you all. I pray your family feels the need to change, move, listen, trust or whatever needs to happen. Give it over to God. Ask what you want, but also ask God to take over. You arare weary and you don't know what to ask for in prayer. You just know in that good heart of yours that the life you all are currently living is not the way you want it to be full, and healthy, and loving eac h other and God. Believe, Ask, Trust. Call on Jesus, say His name and he will be right there with you, he already is with you, but calling His name lets you know he is working for you. In Jesus' name.
Amarillo, I am praying for you and your family. Father God, asking for healing for Steve and Ric and guidance for this family. You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals and delights in restoring lives to being healthy. Holy Spirit protect this family and shine your light afresh into them. Guide them to all the Father has for them. In Jesus Holy name.
