Help her to not dwell on the past. Help her to grasp the essentials of the lessons, and see the overall picture of the assignment. As she works, let everything she does, do it as unto the Lord and show her divine favor. May she reserve time for prayer and devotion to you, Lord, in thanksgiving and praise for your great mercy and love. While we were yet sinning, you suffered horrific abuse before being nailed to the cross for our salvation, paid the penalty of sin in full, and promised us eternal life with you if we placed our trust in your Name. Nothing compares to you. Help us to be content in whatsoever state we are in as we recognize that your kingdom is not of this world, but the one to come. Grant great peace and favor and salvation to the son, by your mercy, Amen.
