Annie120269, I am praying for you. The Lord knows that not enough sleep is an interference in our entire life. He suggests to me that you start a Gratitude Journal at night before bed. Just a little notebook of what made you happy in the day. Try for five. It doesn't have to be a big thing. Praise God with gratitude for the blue sky. Or for the flowers on the trees, or for that parking space you needed. Just the little happenings in life that make you sigh and say thank you. It will ease your mind and help you relax in the knowledge that God is all around you, surrounding you in His Glory and He hears your prayers. Trust in the Lord and his everlasting love never leaves you. Ame
