Grazia, I am praying for you. Lord Jesus, the days are evil. What was once evil is now called good, and what was good is now called evil. Let the Lord deal with the coworkers. Doing the will of God means, if we are dead in Christ, dead with Him on the Cross, we love them, and pray for them that they would repent and come to know Christ. Because they are all on their way to hell for eternity right now, but don't know it. If you are under suspension but not fired, you still have rights. Use this time to explore your rights, examine your firm's hiring and firing practices, go online to explore your state's protections for employees. Find legal council with legal aid. Dont be complacent. Fight this for your son, for yourself, for your record. It will be an issue with your next employer. Be upright and communicate honestly with Human Resources when it is time for the review. You must speak up because no one else will do it for you. This is not contrary to the Word of God. Israel defended itself in the OT. Above all, pray and read the Word. If you have a pastor and a praying church, let them know. Let your requests be made known to God. There is a proper process for this. And lastly, this is a spiritual battle. Pray on the whole armor of God to withstand in the evil day and having done all, stand. Confess to the Father any known and unknown sin and ask forgiveness. The battle is the Lords. I am praying with you for victory. Amen.
