We do pray that new parents perceive their responsibility for the care and upbringing of children before you, Lord, that the children will grow up with the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ in their life, and the debt he paid on the cross for their sin and salvation. May your angels watch over them with safety, guide them away from dangers. May your Holy Spirit nurture in them a desire for truth and righteousness and keep them safe from trouble. May the Holy Spirit help them find Jesus and make him Lord of their lives. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.
