Sometimes I am overwhelmed just looking at the supper dishes. I have found a "game" I play. I tell myself "Just load 5 dishes in the dishwasher, then stop and watch a bit of TV" (or some other reward). Then I go back and do the same thing again. Over and over till it's done. Sounds ridiculous, but it works for me. The worst thing to do is to get everything out of your closet at one time. Talk about overwhelming! That plan is for people who are not easily overwhelmed. The key is small segments that don't create anxiety. May God send His peace and guidance as you, once and for all, develop a wonderful, freeing, clutter-free plan. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen
