Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, Please protect DorisLorell's daughter, the students, and others on the campus from the gunman and from any form of violence or harm. May Doris and others continue to pray for the safety of all on campus. Let Doris and her family pray together. They can meditate on Deuteronomy 31:8, which says, "The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Another Scripture that might be helpful is Isaiah 41:10 -- "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Please protect the people on the campus through your Almighty powers. In Jesus's name, I pray.
