Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I lift up a precious 12 year old girl, Olivia, who has a gene for a rare hereditary colon cancer. Please let all go well during her appointment at the hospital. I pray that through your grace, mercy, and blessings that she doesn't have cancer. In the meantime, may the family all pray together and keep their focus on you, Lord Jesus. You are truly our Lord, Savior, Refuge, Healer, Comforter, Prince of Peace, Deliverer, and Friend. The family can meditate on Hebrews 4:16, which says, "Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need."
