I also pray that you will divinely help Joanne and her husband financially and with your rich resources. She might be able to get help from 211.org, which is affiliated with United Way. Also, the Salvation Army in her area might be able to help with meals and other resources. She can inquire about their vehicles that are donated to them to see what the process is for borrowing one or purchasing one at a reasonable cost. In the meantime, may Joanne and her husband continue to pray each day. Let them put you, Lord Jesus, at the center of their lives. For hope, they can meditate on Hebrews 4:16, which says, "Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
