Please strengthen her spiritually, mentally, and emotionally so that she overcomes her disappointment. May she not hold any anger or resentment toward management. Let her forgive them. Perhaps, Father God and Lord Jesus, you have a much better job in store for her. Perhaps management will see their mistake and compensate her for it later. May Amp8783 continue to humble herself and make the best out of this situation through your divine help. Sometimes setbacks like this draw us closer to you, compel us to do some self-reflection, deepen our faith in and reliance on you, and make us stronger spiritually and more compassionate toward others.
