Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I lift up Hjb's son to you for strength spiritually, mentally, and emotionally as he prepares to travel on a 13-hour flight. Please deepen his faith in you and Lord Jesus. Let him and his parents pray together. They can meditate on Jeremiah 29:12-13, in which you said, Father God, "Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." Hjb's son can also focus on Isaiah 41:10 for inner strength. May the son's travels go well. Let him put you at the center of his life and rely on you each day for guidance and direction. In Jesus's name, I pray.
If you are feeling anxious or fearful those feelings are coming from your flesh. Your spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience and a sound mind. God says to be led by your spirit and crucify your flesh. Your spirit has unlimited power through Christ and has the ability to solve all of your fears and problems.
Philippians 4:6-7 6 Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
