Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 6 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.
Jesus defeated Satan at the cross and took away his tools of evil so he tries to attack your mind by putting evil thoughts in your mind. You need to bind the Spirit of Heaviness and all evil spirits out of your mind. Put on the full Armor of God and pray a hedge of protection around yourself. The best thing you can do is get up and go do something fun or find some way to help others.
God says :Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. (Renewing with the Word of God) God says you are His child and you are more than a conqueror. He says you are an ambassador for Christ and you are to fight the evil around you. He also says you can do all things thru Christ and that all things are possible to those who believe. So trust God and use His might to strengthenyourself and be transformed by renewing your mind with the Word of God.
