Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I pray that you will soften the heart of Collin's boss so that he is compassionate and reasonable toward workers. Please allow him to have a spiritual awakening soon. I also pray that the working conditions improve. In the meantime, may Collin draw closer to you and Lord Jesus and put you first. Let MA, Collin, and the family pray together for your grace and mercy. Please grant Collin wisdom and discernment about what to do about the job situation. He can meditate on Jeremiah 29:12-13, in which you said, Father God, "Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." He can also focus on Psalm 32:8, which says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you." In Jesus's name, I pray.
