God’sgotthis, I am praying for you and your work situation. It’s hard working where there is jealousy, immaturity etc and it’s hard praying for those who are causing the unpleasant work environment. May God touch all hearts and minds and heal the misunderstandings and make for a great place to work. Give it some time and if no improvements this may be a sign to seek another better place to work.
