Rob2020, I am praying for you. I met the love of my life and my partner in Christ when I had all but given up on there being a person who could understand and love me unconditionally. I had many nights " alone" clinging to God's promises for us. One day I was taking a friend who had just experienced a break up to get out and focus on the joy in our own walk, when poof like manna from heaven. My future wife was sitting across the room doing the same thing I was for her friend. We exchanged numbers and I called her the next day, she was so beautiful. We set up a date and discovered each other's love for Christ and The Jesus in me fell head over heals for the Jesus in her. Our paths were so rockey as believers before we met. now we are going on 8 beautiful years and the more we continue to learn in our walk together just confirms that every Adam has his Eve the perfect companion. Sometime I believe that we have to be " throwback" into the ocean so we can swim with Christ first. It was when Teresa and I did that in our own walks with Christ then he BLESSED US with each other. There are no coincidence in this world just God instances. learn daily lessons from relationships in your past and I pray that God will show you being in love with Christ he knows your heart and will bring you clarity and growth as I experienced after my 1st wife divorced me while sick from a lifelong illness inpatient. We have to sometimes be knocked to our knees by the world, a woman or man to remember to place no love in our hearts before the love of the most high. Keep focused on our heavenly father and I know he will comfort and guide you. We're here for you.... Romans 3:23
