Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I lift up Matt123's friend to you for him to sense your everlasting love and presence. Please let him have a spiritual awakening soon and let him draw closer to both of you. May Matt123 tell his dear friend how much he is loved by you, Father God and Lord Jesus. They both can pray fervently together to ask for divine strength, peace, hope, and comfort. For hope, Matt's friend can meditate on Deuteronomy 31:8, which says that the you, the Lord, will never leave us nor forsake us. Another Scripture that might be helpful is Isaiah 41:10, "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
