Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I pray that you will bring sustained peace to Angela and Marvin over the loss of their dear and only son; his birthday is today. May they know that you love them dearly as well as their beloved son. For comfort, they can meditate on Psalm 34:18, which says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and save[s] those who are crushed in spirit." In Jesus's name, I pray.
