Dear AllanRKing, I pray that you will find a civil rights attorney soon. Sometimes you can call your state bar association lawyer referral service and ask for an attorney. In some cases, the referred attorney will offer a consultation for about $30 or $50 or more by phone. Consider doing this to see if you have a good case.
