Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I lift up Rhett to you for help in seeing himself through your godly loving eyes. You love him and want only the best for him. May Rhett remember that you and Lord Jesus see our potential. What we need to do is to deepen our faith in you and Lord Jesus by praying, meditating, and reading Scriptures. We need to live a life that pleases both of you. Let Rhett focus on the present time. We certainly can't change the past. For hope, I pray that Rhett will talk to a pastor or fellow Christians about his concerns. Let him hand over all of his regrets, burdens, worries, and challenges to you, Father God and Lord Jesus. You are truly the God of All Possibilities. Rhett might find it helpful to meditate on Matthew 11:28-30. It says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." In Jesus's name, I pray.
