Iansc007, I am praying for you. Each morning when the alarm goes off before I do anything I immediately thank God for a new day and make myself read the Upper Room devotionals to start my day. This wasn’t easy at first but now it’s my daily practice and I find myself throughout the day welcoming God’s words, blessing, love etc. It’s one of my better habits and I hope this helps you too.
