Grazia, I am praying for you. May the Lord protect you and your children and know that you’re better off alone than with any abuser. I have been verbally and emotionally abused and cheated on also. My father did the same to my mom and his family also denied it. They didn’t want to see the truth. No one likes it, because it’s so ugly. But sadly we have to live it. My hope is that you find peace alone with your kids out of the dangers and evils that you’ve suffered and you grow with the Lord by your side and find your own peace and let your system relax from being constantly on edge. It takes a long time, but when “you” finally return out of the rubble of your life, you will be so happy to recognize yourself again and feel authentic. The peace is amazing and feels so good after so much agony. I pray every blessing on you and your family and I pray for your husband to wake up out of the evil he chose. Sadly my dad and all my exes never woke up, so I had to stop waiting for them. I wasted so many good years waiting. Now I look for people who are already displaying the works of God and don’t just speak it. I look for fruit in someone’s life, not just words. I’ve been lied to so much. I pray strength and peace for you!!! You can do it! Love your kids, they need you!
