JasonDDDD, I am praying for you I had a picture of the red sea and that's how much anger you can feel you have but God is all power and just like the red sea he held it back and will with your agreement do that for you. He is in you so his power can hold back your anger. Give it like an object into his hands visualise it and put it in his hands hands big enough to throw the stars into the sky's. Your anger feels huge but he can help. He will help those around you to stop or to move on but he will give you the tools you need to help them with his love and kindness and help you too Your very brave to ask for help.
