The Word will definitely make a difference. I have suffered from depression and anxiety before. Set a timer on your phone and read it throughout the day. There are Christian playlists on Youtube. You can find Bible verse videos for depression and anxiety. Sometimes they will only take 5 min of your time. Listening to Pandora praise and worship music also helps. I speak from personal experience. You will not believe the difference it makes. I read a bite-sized chunk of the Bible every 30-60 min. This will work. Try it. If you infuse that much of the Word into your life every day, it will begin to solve your problems. It may not solve every problem, but the way you feel and think will begin to be different. Your whole outlook on life will change. You will begin finding the strength to solve your own problems. Also make sure you are taking time to pray for other people so that your own prayers are answered.
Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, Through your grace and mercy, please let all go well for Mariahttran while she takes the driver's test tomorrow. Please let her believe that she will be calm and believe that she will pass the test through your divine interventions. May she imagine that you, Lord Jesus, are in the passenger seat next to her giving her abundant love and encouragement during every aspect of the driver's test. You'll be rooting for her as well as other Christians like me who are praying for her. For hope, may Mariah meditate on 1 Peter 5:7, which says, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." I wish all the best for Mariah. In Jesus's name, I pray.
