He or she might be able to get help with paying utilities through 211.org, which is sponsored by United Way. The Salvation Army is another good resource. As for food, may Struggling go to the foodpantries.org website to find a pantry nearby. May he or she also contact a local pastor at a Bible-teaching church to ask for leads and guidance. In the meantime, may Struggling continue to pray and keep the focus on you, Father God and Lord Jesus. For hope, Struggling can meditate on Hebrews 4:16, which says, "Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need."
