I’m praying for you. I’ve been in a similar situation with a daughter that has severe bipolar disorder that is unmedicated. Our house that we lived in was tiny and she kept telling us we needed to move or she was going homeless. She would leave at times and we wouldn’t know where she was. She’s a young girl, and people would try and pick her up, so her being on the streets was almost too hard to handle. I was afraid she would either commit suicide, or she would come up missing by going homeless and I felt the weight was on my shoulders because I’m her mother and was her main link to the outside world. If something happened to her, the whole family would suffer, so I felt like I had to play my cards just right. We’ve been going through this now for about 7 years. My family and I have sought guidance from the Lord on this issue. Last May, we moved into a much bigger house, and she has the whole upstairs. We felt that God possibly wanted us at this location. She is so much more peaceful now. She feels that God is leading her. I have totally let go and let God. God is blessing us tremendously and has continually been faithful and by our sides and has saved our lives time and time again. I don’t worry. I just tell God I trust him and to go before us and light the way and help us to follow. I’ll be praying for your family. I pray things get better soon.
