Lord, I ask your blessings upon Stephanie's sleep.I pray that any anxious thoughts that keep her awake will be swept away as she meditates and dwells upon your goodness and mercy. Please bring peace and rest to her soul so that her sleep will be sound and she will wake up rested and energetic for the day ahead. I pray that her days even though they are filled with more to do than usual will not be stressful but that there will be a calmness through the power of your Holy Spirit that will settle Stephanie's soul.
