Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I pray that you will soften the heart of the new chairman towards MHeuberger and other co-workers. Please touch him spiritually so that he treats people with dignity and respect. May Mheuberger forgive him and pray for him to repent. In the meantime, he or she can pray without ceasing for your divine interventions on the job. He or she can meditate on Hebrews 4:16, which says, "Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." MHeuberger might also find comfort in meditating on Psalm 91:14-16, a psalm of hope and protection. In Jesus's name, I pray.
